Agusta Bell 412 for X-Plane 10

All began about a year ago when Pierpaolo (a.k.a. “Viper”) announced that he wanted to try
to build an helicopter for X-Plane.
He had a lot of choices so, after a long meditation, he decided to make the “Augusta Bell
AB412”, of which you can see a small representation in the banner above.

I have to say that Pierpaolo did a great job because he started from the very beginning: at
first he learned to use Blender, then he understood how datarefs work and, day by day, he
built his own helicopter.

During the development Pierpaolo did some videos to show his work.
I’ll show you a few of them:

One day the collaboration with X-Alberto started, who made the plugins for the AMX, and
the result was the following:

Then the first livery, Italian Coast Guard

When X-Plane 10 came out Pierpaolo tested it on the new platform, and the result is great.

As you've seen from these videos he did a lot of work, and it's nice to see the evolution of such
a good project.
Of course stay tuned for any further update about this project.
I’d like to thank Salvatore for the translation into English.
Happy Landings
I-LAIR

P.S. Happy New Year
